"Labels were confusing"
The meals were probably fine, but the labels were not. Ingredients and nutrition info were hard to read fast. I don’t want to guess with food, especially when I’m watching what I eat. Annoying.
"My bill didn’t match what I was shown"
The food was fine, but my experience with the billing was frustrating. When I checked out, I expected one total, but the amount that ended up on my card was different. I had to email them twice before I got a clear answer, and even then the refund took longer than they told me it would. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Canceling was way harder than it should’ve been"
I tried to cancel and it ended up being a frustrating experience. I sent a message explaining what I needed, but it felt like nobody actually read it. The replies didn’t really address what I was asking, and I had to keep repeating myself just to get the cancellation handled. It should’ve been a simple thing, but it turned into a hassle.

"The meals showed up fine and nothing..."
The meals showed up fine and nothing was really wrong with the delivery, but I had mixed feelings when I opened the trays. Some of them looked a little dull and messy, which made them less exciting to eat. They weren’t terrible by any means, just not as appetizing as I was hoping.

"Pretty Good, But Needed More Seasoning"
Most of the meals I tried were really good, better than I expected for prepared food. The flavors were solid overall, and I was surprised by a few of them. That said, a couple dishes definitely needed more salt, and some needed sauce too. Like, I kept feeling like I had to add a little salt or sauce to make them taste right. Not a huge deal, but it did get a little annoying. Still, I’d probably order again because the meals were mostly tasty.

"Tracking Didn’t Line Up With the Labels"
In the end, it was just frustrating because the labels didn’t match what my tracking was showing. I kept checking to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but the information didn’t line up, which made the whole process more confusing than it needed to be.

As someone who likes having a bit of variety when I eat out, the menu started to feel boring fast. It’s okay at first, but after a couple of visits, I felt like I was choosing from the same few things over and over.

"Delivery took way too long"
My food showed up really late, and it felt like the order just wasn’t a priority for them. I don’t know if they were holding off to batch deliveries or just hoping I wouldn’t notice the delay, but by the time it arrived, I was already frustrated.

The food was decent overall, but uh, the portions felt a little small for me. I ended up still feeling hungry after a few meals. It wasn’t bad or anything, just kind of okay.

I wasn’t expecting much after microwaving it, because you can usually tell quickly when something’s going to turn soggy or weird. But reading between the lines, this one actually holds up better than it looks like it would. It reheated nicely and still tasted good.

"Wish there were more diet-friendly choices"
I tried My Metabolic Meals because, i was hoping it would be easier to find meals that actually fit my diet. But, yeah, it felt kind of limited for me. A lot of the meals had ingredients I can’t really eat, and trying to swap things around wasn’t as simple as I expected. For the price, I guess I just thought there would be more flexibility and control. I gave it a little time, but in the end, I ended up canceling quickly.

"Wrong meals again, seriously?"
I’m frustrated. My order showed up with some items missing, and on top of that, the meals they did send were wrong again. It’s really annoying when you’re waiting for food and then end up having to deal with this instead

I’ve noticed lately that some of the meals just don’t taste as good as they used to. A few dishes felt like the ingredients were a bit lower quality or not as "fresh," which was disappointing.

I tried it for a few weeks, and I don’t know, maybe I’m being too picky, but the meals just didn’t feel that balanced for what I needed. Some barely had any veggies, while others felt heavy on sauce or fat but didn’t really give me enough carbs for my workouts.
I know it’s supposed to be a healthy option, so maybe it works better for other people, but I still found myself hungry after a few meals and ended up adding my own sides. At that point, I started wondering why I was paying for it, so it wasn’t really worth it for me.

"Good for busy days, but watch the cost"
I’ve tried a few of the meals most of them are decent. The flavors are good, and the portions are fine for lunch or maybe a lighter dinner, but don’t expect anything huge. My biggest thing is the price, for what you get, it can feel a little pricey, especially if you’re ordering regularly. I’d say it’s a nice option to keep in mind for busy weeks or when you just don’t feel like cooking, but if you’re trying to save money, I probably wouldn’t make it an every-week thing

"Late deliveries and vague support responses"
My meals showed up late two times, and by the time they arrived the ice packs were already melted. I reached out to support hoping for a clear explanation or some kind of help, but they just sent the same copy-and-paste reply each time. the lack of clear communication was really annoying and made the whole experience even more frustrating.

It wasn’t cold by the time it got here, which was a little disappointing. Even the outside of the package didn’t feel chilled when I picked it up.

"Good food, but support could be quicker"
One of my meals was missing from the box, which was frustrating. I reached out to support and it took a couple days to hear back, so whoever runs this part of things needs to speed it up a bit. They did end up giving me credit for the missing meal and explained what happened, so I appreciate that. The food is usually good, and I’ll probably keep ordering, but the whole support process could definitely be better. Not bad overall, just not perfect.
